The procedure can be specific, so please contact us, we will send you the returning adress.
The merchandise and packaging must be clean and in new, resalable condition. Returns must have a copy of the sales receipt, all packaging, and the product itself. Returns must be packed inside the original shipping box. If these guidelines are not met, merchandise may be refused and shipped back to the customer or there may be a 30% restocking fee implied at our discretion.
Customers can return the product before the 30 days period, starting from the date they received the product.
Be sure that you would be fully reimbursed for the purchased product as soon as it arrives back at our facility. Please, note that LipFi's BarberShop does not cover any shipping costs and that would be the customer's responsibility.
